Riverview trades downtown density for river views, walking trails, and a genuinely quiet residential feel — while staying a short bridge crossing from everything in Moncton and Dieppe. It's the kind of place families and longer-staying guests tend to prefer over a downtown core.
We don't currently operate a listed vacation rental in Riverview, but given its proximity to our existing Moncton portfolio and its appeal to a different kind of traveller, it's an area we're actively evaluating.
In the meantime, our downtown Moncton suites are a short drive from Mill Creek Nature Park and the Riverfront Trail, so guests who want Riverview's outdoor access without waiting for a listing to open can already get close.

No local licensing requirement — yet
New Brunswick is the only Maritime province without a province-wide short-term rental licensing framework, so rules are set city by city. Fredericton is currently the only municipality with a specific bylaw on the books; Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, Saint John, and Bathurst have no local STR licensing requirement today, though that can change as councils continue to study the issue. Riverview currently has no short-term rental bylaw.
