01Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in: 4:00 PM
• Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out available upon request and subject to availability

02Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time
• Guests are responsible for all individuals they invite to the property

03No Smoking

• All TruHomestay properties are strictly non-smoking indoors
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas if specified in the listing

04Pets

• Pet policy varies by property
• Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees

05Noise & Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted

06Property Care

• Guests are expected to treat the property with respect
• Any damages must be reported immediately to TruHomestay
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition

07Security

• Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals
• Ensure all doors and windows are locked upon departure

08Compliance

• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay
• Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
